At ShoreFIT we run group fitness classes incorporating the body’s natural functional movements. During a typical 60 minute class, you will perform a variety of body weight and kettle bell exercises. Classes are fun and engaging and each trainer brings their own personal style and zest. All levels of fitness are welcome.

What is Functional Training?
Unlike traditional gym based workouts, functional training doesn’t train just one muscle group at a time, it works several muscle groups at once.
Basically, ShoreFIT functional training movements mirror the way humans were meant to move and it helps us move even better. Because you are using several muscle groups at once, you will improve total body strength, coordination and mental fortitude.
